This is good news! We can’t all run a marathon, but we can all move! It’s important to get up and move every day, whether it be walking, hiking, gardening, or parking further away from the grocery store. I will help you find ways to add more physical activity to your daily routine without feeling like a chore!
There are so many ways to make it fun and the first is to stop calling it exercise! I bring a fun and unique approach to burning those calories!
I believe taking the time daily to connect with Christ is a crucial step towards healing. You can spend this time in The Holy Bible, in prayer, journaling, and devotions. It has been my experience that if you put God first, He will guide your steps. People that have a spiritual practice tend to heal faster and are able to bring depth and strength to their lives.
I will give you practical ways that you can begin each day focusing on Christ and making sure that you are continuing to keep your focus on Him as you go about your day.
I believe it’s important to focus on twelve areas of your life as a whole. These are your Primary Foods, meaning the nourishment that does not appear on your plate. According to Joshua Rosenthal of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, “secondary foods don’t come close to giving us the joy, meaning and fulfillment primary food provides.” These areas include joy, spirituality, creativity, finances, career, education, health, physical activity, home cooking, home environment, relationships, and social life.
By going through each one of these twelve areas, I will help you discover which primary foods you are missing and how to find the balance you have been longing for, by infusing joy and satisfaction into your life.
