My Approach to Health Coaching
I believe it’s important to establish a caring, compassionate relationship in which I am here for you to listen while you share your health history, issues of concern, or areas where you may feel out of balance in your life.
I have several coaching options for you to choose from. In my 6 Month Ripening Personal Health Coaching Program, we will talk together twice a month for six months, addressing issues that YOU want to focus on. I will act as your guide and cheerleader from the sidelines as you implement my suggestions after each session. We will add small attainable steps focusing on My Four Pillars of Health, ensuring that you can tackle them with confidence, as you begin your body’s natural healing process.

SPROUT: $90 For a One Hour Session
For the woman who is looking for helpful advice on the beginning steps to transitioning to a
WFPB lifestyle. Handouts and resource guide included.
SEEDLING: $275 for 3 one-hour sessions
For the woman who is looking for more specific step-by-step guidance within the transition process.
BUDDING: $399.00 for 1-month of guidance
For the woman who is looking for a one-on-one coaching approach in order to completely understand the WFPB lifestyle. You can set up four, one-hour calls during a four-week period and will feel confident enough to continue this lifestyle on your own after the four weeks. Handouts and resource guide included.
FLOWERING: $750.00 (or 3 payments of $275.00) for 3-month WFPB Advanced “Flowering” Program
For the woman fighting chronic disease, illness, or pain who wants more personal, one-on-one coaching in these specific aspects of the WFPB diet: Month one will focus on what and what not to eat, how to read food labels, and how to shop. Month two will focus on eating out and dining at other people’s houses as well as cooking for both you and your “non-plant-based” family members. Month 3 will focus on food prep, batch cooking, food storage and pantry, and fridge make-overs. This program includes two, one-hour calls a month and unlimited text and/or e-mail communication in-between.
RIPENING: $1,500 (or 6 payments of $275) for the 6-Month Program:

I created my Four Pillars of Health: Nutrition, Spirituality, Physical Activity and Finding Balance to guide you through a series of thought-provoking sessions that will allow you to focus on twelve essential areas of your life to help you find the balance you deserve: Joy, Spirituality, Creativity, Finances, Career, Education, Health, Physical Activity, Home Cooking, Home Environment, Relationships, and Social Life.
We call these the primary foods and we will discover together which of them you are missing, and how to infuse joy and satisfaction into your life by re-introducing them.
If this is what you need right now then RIPENING is the coaching plan for you. After the six months, you will not only be very confident in cooking, shopping, meal planning, and more for the Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle, you will also be more grounded both spiritually and mentally.
What Is Health Coaching To Me?
Do you feel unheard? I listen as you explain your symptoms and problems. Our sessions are 50-minutes long so we are never rushed.
I cheer you on from the sidelines and as we work through the program, I help you work with your physician to uncover the root of the problem.
I support clients to make step-by-step, easily integrated food and lifestyle choices. I also help you communicate with your physician so they understand your concerns.
I establish a caring relationship with clients, helping you identify your desired end results, and support you in getting there.
